Video Sections
In this topic, you will learn about the video section types available in the Website Builder.
Single Video Section
A section that displays a single video prominently. The Single Video section is ideal for highlighting a specific piece of content such as a product announcement, promotional video, or featured content.
Hero Section
A full-width video display that shows a single video or collection. The Hero section displays one video prominently and is typically used at the top of a page.
Carousel Section
A horizontal scrolling row that displays multiple videos from a collection. Videos appear as thumbnails with titles and metadata. Users can scroll left or right to browse through the videos. The carousel includes a "Watch All" button that links to the full collection page.
Vertical Video Section
A section designed for vertical format videos (9:16 aspect ratio). This section type is optimized for short-form vertical video content with swipe-based navigation for browsing multiple clips.
Player Compatibility
If your selected player does not have certain features enabled (for example, speed control, quality control, DRM, or social controls), those features will also be unavailable in the vertical video section.
