Getting Started with the Website Builder

Creating a new experience

To create a new Website Builder experience, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Gallery module.
2. Click New Experience.
3. Choose Website Builder.
4. Fill in your experience's information and click Create Experience.

Pages

A page is a separate, navigable section of your Website Builder experience with its own URL and customizable content layout.

Adding a page

To add pages to your experience, follow these steps:

1. On the top left, beside Pages, click the + sign.
2. Fill in the page name and page path.
3. Click Save.

Deleting a page

To delete a page:

1. Click the three-dot menu icon next to the page name on the top left.
2. Click delete page.

Renaming a page

To rename or change the path of a page:

1. Click the three-dot menu icon next to the page name on the top left.
2. Enter the new page name or page path.
3. Click Save.

Overview of the editor

The Website Builder editor consists of the following areas:

• Canvas area — The main editing area on the left where you build your experience by adding and arranging sections.
• Styles/Sections panel — The right panel where you can add sections, customize styles, and configure your experience.
• Pages panel — The left panel where you can add, manage, and navigate between pages.
• Top toolbar — Contains the experience name, zoom controls, responsive preview icons (desktop, tablet, mobile), settings gear icon, and Preview and Publish buttons.
