Creating a new experience

To create a new immersion portal experience, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Gallery module.
2. Click New Experience.
3. Choose Immersion Portal.

   

4. Fill in your experience's information and click Create Experience.

Customizing your experience

Adding pages to your experience

To add pages to your experience, follow these steps:

1. On the top left, beside Pages, click the + sign.

   

2. Fill in the page name and page path.
3. Click Save.

Linking videos to your experience

To link videos to your experience, follow these steps:

1. Hover over a video section and click Link Video Collection.

   

2. Select or create a video collection.
3. Configure your layout and playback options.
4. Click Save.

Adding sections and configuring style in your experience

To add sections to your experience, follow these steps:

1. On the top right, below Styles click the add a section sign.

   

2. Select your section
3. You will see your new section at the bottom of the page.

To configure, click on the style icon and configure the style settings.

Customizing sections

To customize sections, follow these steps:

1. Hover over a section to see the options available.

   

   1. Settings
   2. Delete Section
   3. Move the section up or down
2. Select the option you want to use.
3. After confirming (if necessary) the action will be reflected in the experience.

Settings

To configure settings, follow these steps:

1. Click on the settings icon.

   

   In the settings, you can configure several options for your experience, such as:

   • Overview
   • Player
   • Access and URL
   • SEO
   • Third-party tracking
   • Custom code
   • Comments
2. Configure your specific settings.
3. Click Save.

Publishing and previewing your experience

To publish your experience, follow these steps:

1. Click Publish.
2. Click Publish Now.
3. Once the experience is published, you will be able to see the experience in the site URL.
